New Patients

We welcome new patients to dentist Mississauga and will be pleased to earn the privilege of continuing to provide a full dental care service for you and your family. When visiting our dental offices in Mississauga for the first time, we believe it appropriate to complete a ‘new patient’ examination. This allows us to recommend a treatment plan for you, and to receive your input, so we may work together in providing a service to meet your dental needs.
As part of the process we will request you complete a ‘new patient’ questionnaire. Therefore, to acclimatize yourself with our staff and offices at dentist Mississauga, and to complete the questionnaire, before the initial examination, we do ask that you arrive 15 – 20 minutes early.

Emergency

We appreciate there may be a time when you will be in need of emergency treatment. Wherever possible, dentist Mississauga will try to accommodate you with same day care. Appointments Dentist Mississauga requires patients to make appointments. Based upon the expected procedures, we will estimate how long each appointment should last. We request you are punctual for appointments, respecting our and other patients’ time. As a courtesy, we may telephone you the day before your scheduled appointments to confirm it with you. Should you be unable to make your appointment, we request you provide us with 48 hours’ notice. This allows our staff at dentist Mississauga some time to offer your scheduled appointment to another patient. We reserve the right to bill you for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Insurance Claims

We will work with you to optimize available benefits under your insurance policy; however, please make certain your insurance information is always current with us at dentist Mississauga. As a courtesy to you, our dental office in Mississauga will electronically submit your dental claims to your insurance company. Payment Policy We accept most insurance plans. Dentist Mississauga expects payment for services not covered by insurance to be paid immediately, before you leave our offices. Debit transactions and most major credit cards are accepted; however, we regret we no longer accept personal cheques at dentist Mississauga. Special payment arrangements may be provided, after you have been with us for one year, subject to credit verification.
